Four TDC awards for Strichpunkt

Strichpunkt triumphs on an international stage: at one of the world’s most renowned design competitions, the Type Directors Club New York’s 58th TDC Communication Design Competition, four Strichpunkt works were among this year’s winners. And with that, Strichpunkt has cemented its position as the German-speaking agency to win the most awards since the competition began.

The jury honoured the design book ‘Good Design is a Tough Job’ written by Strichpunkt owners Kirsten Dietz and Jochen Rädeker and published by Hermann Schmidt Verlag, and the e-book design for start-up company MySkoob, as well as the 2012 calendar ‘Perfection’ and the magazine ‘Values in Style’, both for Papierfabrik Scheufelen.

The award-winning works will be presented over the coming months as part of a touring exhibition in the USA, Canada, England, Germany, France, Hong Kong, Japan, Russia, Spain and Vietnam. In Germany, they can first be seen at the drupa in Düsseldorf from 3 to 16 May 2012.
