Annual Report 2010
THE TASK
Conceive the Annual Report 2010 of the Korean chemical company OCI. Creation of the English language image part.
THE CHALLENGE
Communicate the future-oriented strategy, successful business segments and excellent performance of this rapidly growing company in view of the transition from Korean to global (capital) market.
THE SOLUTION
OCI is on the way to becoming a leading green chemical company. The Guidelines: Chance-Challenge-Change. This spirit is incorporated into the report using deliberately innovative graphic language, including the financial communication. The company report impressively displays the growth markets and future potential of OCI. Image style and graphics have been chosen according to the fundamental substances manufactured by OCI: poly-silicon and carbon - as well as the cutting die of the register. The landscape format design with shortened filler pages combines Asian and Western reading habits and corresponds to the global requirements of OCI. To meet these requirements the Koreans consciously searched for a leading European agency - and they definitely hit the jackpot.
