YOUR
TASKS

  • Creating and sending outgoing invoices, as well as general support for accounting processes
  • Support in the creation and analysis of financial reports
  • Assistance with budget planning and forecasting to enable well-founded decision-making processes
  • Support in the preparation and implementation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Responsible for dunning and monitoring incoming payments to ensure smooth cash flow
  • Support with special analyses and ad hoc evaluations to optimize decision-making processes

You
CAN 

  • Take responsibility and show team spirit and commitment
  • You have good communication skills and can easily make contacts
  • You can work on complex topics

You have
THE FOLLOWING

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, ideally with experience in accounting and controlling
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g. DATEV) is an advantage
  • Analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
