CAN

• actively support planning, forecasting and monthly variance analyses and be a sparring partner for project managers, studio leads and management
• implement simple and understandable systems for project costing, project tracking and post-project review
• create analyses for the department and derive strategic decisions for pricing, customer approach and cost or service structure of the agency and take over the active coaching of the project managers
• take over risk management in all project phases
• work on projects and independently handle special topics such as introduction of agency software, standardization of quotation processes and resource management

You have
THE FOLLOWING

• Many years of experience in the project business of an agency or IT service provider
• A university degree in business administration or comparable qualification
• Pleasure in dealing with people and analytical work
• Experience in the use of Power-Bi or database-driven analysis tools, beyond Excel
• Structured and accurate, willingness to create, clear expressions and diplomatic skills
