CAN

  • Organisation and coordination of all work in the reception and office area (visitor reception and support, material purchase/coordination, archive maintenance, etc.)
  • Organisation and support of customers during meetings / workshops
  • Appointment and travel organization/planning of trips, travel expense accounting
  • Support of the teamlead office management

You
ALSO CAN

  • Have a smile on your face in stressful situations
  • create an atmosphere of well-being as an attentive host
  • organize: Office Management is your vocation and you work very carefully 
  • keep things tidy: because cleanliness and clarity are important to you. You help out yourself and have an eye for details
  • communicate in a routine way: also with English speaking staff/ contacts and be remembered for your friendly manner!

You
HAVE

  • Completed training, ideally in a commercial or service-oriented field (e.g. office management assistant, foreign language correspondent, hotel manager, retail salesperson)
  • 2 - 3 years of professional experience in office management/front desk e.g. in the hotel industry or agency environment, or experience in hospitality of guests
  • experience in handling MS-Office (Word, Excel) and Mac (maybe cloudworking tools)
