BVG:

Strichpunkt defends account

The design and branding agency will continue to be responsible for further developing BVG's brand identity. The roadmap for the next two years also includes the consistent further development of the corporate design and design system.

Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), Germany's largest municipal transport company, continues to place its trust in Strichpunkt for the further development of its brand identity. The agency, with studios in Berlin, Hamburg, and Stuttgart, won the contract in a multi-stage, public tender process.

In addition to brand management, the budget also covers the consistent further development of the corporate design and design system.

Thanks to its collaboration with BVG, which began in 2022, Strichpunkt has in-depth knowledge of the transport company's processes and structures. The current collaboration will focus on the further development of the brand portal with an emphasis on brand education. This includes a user-centered design that focuses on the needs and expectations of users, creates a deeper understanding of the brand, brings it to life, and significantly simplifies its application.

"BVG is not only a mobility brand, it is also a cultural statement for Berlin. Highlighting this unique selling point in brand management and supporting it with a holistic, well-thought-out, and flexible design is a task that we continue to approach with great passion," says Peter Matz, Studio Lead Berlin and member of the management board at Strichpunkt.

The collaboration is initially set to run for two years, with an option to extend.
