Strichpunkt becomes lead agency for brand and marketing communications

The design and branding agency will be responsible for the university hospital's brand and marketing communications in the future, with a particular focus on further developing the umbrella brand as well as employer branding and patient communications.

Strichpunkt is the new lead agency of Cologne University Hospital. In a multi-stage, Europe-wide process, the design and branding agency prevailed against renowned competitors. Cologne University Hospital is one of the leading university hospitals in Germany. With over 60 clinics and institutes and more than 13,000 employees, Cologne University Hospital combines cutting-edge medicine with university research and teaching.
The budget covers the strategic, conceptual, and creative development of the umbrella brand, the brand experience and marketing communication, employer branding, and the university hospital's external and internal communication—including the conception and design of the associated online and offline measures.
The focus of the collaboration is on strengthening the umbrella brand and further developing a strong employer brand. The brand experience is to be given a positive emotional charge. The aim is to make Cologne's cutting-edge university medicine understandable and tangible in terms of its social relevance – from research and science to patient care and the education and training of young people.
