New DFB brand portal launched

Everything at a glance

With the launch of its new brand portal, the German Soccer Association presents a common home for the brands existing under its umbrella. The portal developed by Strichpunkt sets new standards in the field of innovative brand management according to the latest technology standards.

Berlin, 25 November 2020: Whether sponsoring, logo use or social media campaign - anyone working with the brands from the world of the German Soccer Association (DFB) will now find the new heart of the DFB brand world at markenportal.dfb.de. For creative professionals and brand managers, this site not only provides important information about the association and its diverse brand world, but also provides user-friendly tools for the daily work with the branding components of the national teams, leagues and competitions of the DFB. The portal was developed by the Strichpunkt design agency. The core idea behind the concept is to enable employees and external stakeholders to make experienced use of the individual components of the respective brand.

This includes all guidelines, logos, colours, fonts, icons and much more, all of which are always available here for downloading in an up-to-date form. The sophisticated and intuitive user interface offers everything that is necessary to ensure brand-compliant handling of the assets: From interactive sliders and an intuitive search function to calculating the width of playing field lines. In addition, a variety of visualisations and moving image content supports the presentation of the content. The permanent maintenance of the portal and the ongoing incorporation of new content and sub-brands ensures that all materials are always up-to-date and error-free.

"With the new brand portal, we have our finger on the pulse of the times," says Juri Müller, Head of Brandmanagement. "The DFB's brands are so diverse that it is important to have them in one place. This saves a lot of time, simplifies our processes and enables efficient brand management".
