Virtual Shareholders' Meeting. Opportunities/Risks and Potentials.

Workshop on 22.09.2020. Register now.

Due to the Corona crisis, many IR Managers were faced with the challenge of setting up a virtual general meeting at very short notice.

With very different results and very different feedback from board members, back office, shareholders, shareholder representatives and the trade press. This is exactly the point where we would like to take the opportunity to highlight the opportunities and potential of future virtual and hybrid general meetings in a hybrid workshop. We deliberately chose to do this with customers from different industries, as this is the only way to create added value for all participants.

What is the issue:
Holding annual general meetings as a pure streaming event is well received by shareholders and the public alike. But the advantages for stock corporations are great. Basically, the deeply human need for physical meetings continues to exist. Experience with comparable events shows that three factors strongly influence the positive perception of digital participants:

/ Staging as an experience for digital participants
/ Interactive participation not only within the voting process
/ Random encounter and exchange

We offer a free and confidential workshop to invited participants to demonstrate the possibilities of holding a virtual general meeting and investor meetings in the coming reporting season.

Aim of the workshop:
To gain insights for everyone on how to hold a modern, legally compliant and successful Annual General Meeting in the next reporting season in digitally enhanced form. Based on the feedback from all participants, we developed a thesis paper that will be sent to all participants anonymously for further use.

Important: Not an agency sales event but a cross-industry platform for an exchange after the first year of virtual AGMs. A format in which experiences are to be exchanged and a target image developed).
