With 58,000 residential properties, Gewobag Wohnungsbau-Aktiengesellschaft Berlin is one of Berlin’s largest housing associations. With the relocation of its corporate headquarters to Berlin-Moabit and the creation of a central customer service centre as well as the opening of ten district offices, Gewobag has, once again, opened a new chapter in its 95-year history.

In order to reflect these structural changes visually, Strichpunkt developed a corporate design which embodies encounters and transformation, based on the slogan “As diverse as Berlin”. The new logo of overlapping cuboids together with a clear, serene colour palette symbolises the essence of Gewobag’s brand – innovative, friendly and dependable.
