A strong appearance for the traditional brand
Metabo has stood for high-quality power tools in the professional sector for 100 years. Despite its long tradition and excellent product quality, Metabo had to face the challenge of inspiring the next generation of craftsmen and positioning the brand in a contemporary, emotional and precise way.
The new direction makes the brand appear approachable, bold and clear, thus helping to differentiate it in a highly competitive environment. The positioning was translated into a powerful new look: proven brand elements, such as the characteristic dark green and the striking word mark, were retained and supplemented with additional color gradations, a unique typography and a new graphic style. Together, they create a modern and modular design system that is just as convincing on social media as it is at the PoS and ensures recognition worldwide.
The result: a self-confident, authentic brand with strong recognition value that appeals to young target groups while retaining its roots.
