As we head off into the digital future, we can rely on one compass to show us the way: „the needs of our customers“ – this is the motto of the annual report 2015/16 of the Otto Group.

Customers of today have much more freedom than ever, allowing them to be much more demanding in their purchasing decisions. On the basis of several examples the report shows in an entertaining way how the company addresses its strategic initiatives with regards to the ever changing wishes of its customers. The Otto Group is thus always on the move. As a result, „The Way Ahead“ is again the motto of this year’s annual report. The visual style of previous years was adopted and further developed – a richly illustrated sketchbook which offers insights into the diverse world of the Otto Group.

For the third year in succession, the annual report is accompanied by the corporate blog of the same name, allowing journalists, industry bloggers, stakeholders and decision-makers to always be up to date about the topical issues of the Otto Group on "The Way Ahead".
