From figures to a brand message

The Adidas Group, with brands such as adidas, Reebok and TaylorMade, is the world's second largest manufacturer of sports equipment. Strichpunkt was responsible for the 2011 Annual Report.

The Group's report was strongly influenced by the public's perception of individual brands. Strichpunkt puts the Adidas brand at the heart of corporate communications with the slogan “Together we win”. The unusual finish of the image section featuring Japanese binding sets the scene for the interaction between the different brands, products and stakeholders.

The concept and design not only impressed the executives at Adidas. “Together we win” was voted “Best Annual Report” in the 2011 competition of the same name by manager magazin. The jury's comments: “The Adidas Annual Report impressed us due to its outstanding presentation of the company's earnings and financial position and the excellent representation in the Risk Report and Outlook.”
