The GFT Group is one of the world's leading providers of IT solutions in the financial sector. With more than 2,100 employees and 1,000 freelance IT specialists the company has a presence in 32 locations across eight countries. In 2012 Ulrich Dietz, CEO of GFT, initiated CODE_N, a platform for innovation that offers international start-ups and established companies a worldwide network with the aim of strengthening Germany’s technological position.

Strichpunkt designed and created the Group’s first annual report. GFT’s innovation and dynamic growth was visualised with clear, bold imagery and typographic excellence. Essays inspired by media theory and GFT expert reports examined the topic of “big data”. Expressive data graphics illustrated the challenges as well as the creative and economic potential of the flood of data on the internet.
