You recognize trends and are enthusiastic about new technologies, such as AI. You are no stranger to design thinking methods and have experience of using them in collaboration with the team and customers. Presenting, but also acting as an interface in the background, is exactly your thing. When developing a central idea and implementing it in products and solutions, you always have the brand and the end user in mind. CAN

  • Development and implementation of cross-device interface designs, UI/UX concepts and ideas for applications on the web, mobile platforms and other touchpoints
  • Development of convincing ideas and management of the ideation process. 
  • Creating strategic UX visions, outlining the solution path, technical supervision and target group-oriented development of design concepts.
  • Create and deliver concept presentations with confidence
  • Technical lead of a team of UX/UI designers and responsibility for coordination. Excellent implementation and strategic development of digital transformation projects.
  • Further development of the team and optimization of working methods. Promoting collaboration with relevant interfaces in the area of user experience and digital brand experience.
  • Further development and promotion of skills & methods in the UX area as well as operational support for challenging tasks.
  • Supporting the unit leads in team planning and designing processes, workflows and tools

You have
THE FOLLOWING

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a digital agency
  • Completed studies or comparable training in the field of UI/UX design, media informatics or similar
  • Sound experience in the development of digital branding projects
  • Strong implementation skills in the development of complex digital applications and mobile applications
  • Knowledge of common methods, agile working methods and workflows
