There’s no doubt about it: we’re choosy. We look for people who can do something better than us. That’s why we’re among the best in the industry. We want to give our employees room to grow. Create a fun atmosphere to work in. And offer you the opportunity to produce the most creative, most daring, most exceptional results of your career.

That’s exactly why we’re looking for people who enrich us. We do not care about gender, religion, ethnicity. We consider all equal and provide equal opportunity to all.

There is always a * behind our job ads - because: we are open for everyone.Pr

Are you with us?

We are

Strichpunkt

Brands need to be future-proofed, ready for the sustainable and digital age. The requirements have changed, but our focus remains the same: We design clear, measurable & differentiating identities and translate them into form, communication and interaction. We do this in a sustainable yet contemporary style, with empathy and a deep passion.

We have recruited you because we believe you are a good fit for us. That’s why we leave space for individual freedom in your work – space that allows personal growth. An exciting presentation, a trusting customer contact or the idea that saves the day: to us, it’s not the level you have reached in your career that matters, but what you can contribute. So feel free! By the way, mistakes are not taboo at our company – quite the opposite: we believe that failures, although detrimental some of the time, represent learning opportunities that enable us to grow.

We view sustainability, internal and external climate protection and diversity as topics of great relevance. Which electricity provider, which mobile phone do we use at SP? How does sustainable branding actually work, and how do we put together illustrations of diversity? We address these questions in a committed and constructive way – and with no lack of passion – within the SP Do Better team. BTW: We are certified as a ‘green employer’ and compensate for our carbon footprint.

Constructive communication is important to us. That’s why, at our company, feedback is a culture that we carefully maintain. We don’t ask you how you are doing all the time. Instead, we give you the space to tell us yourself whenever you want. With Snapshots, you can provide feedback on e.g. meetings, collaborations or other encounters, independently of hierarchies. In autumn, we speak to you about your goals, development and prospects. In spring, we follow up on the goals and measures from our autumn discussion.

We want your first day to feel good. And the second, and the thirteenth, too. Because we know that new jobs are demanding at every level, good onboarding is a matter close to our hearts. We support you as you get to know your colleagues, tools and processes. But take your time and allow yourself to settle in first.

Our way of working enables you to structure your own work and creates a sense of open space. But that must not mean that we are contactable at all times or that our volume of work increases. Nevertheless, there are times when it is greater than was planned. Our mutual tolerance limit is 10% of your weekly working hours. Anything above that will be balanced out with free time at the earliest opportunity.

Work is half of life’, so the saying goes. But isn’t it much more than that today? Or is it just 30 hours a week after all? However much room you have for work in your everyday life, we will help you to strike a balance. Tell us what works for you and we will find a way. If you are not sure whether you should go with this model or that model, simply test a particular setup for a few months. Then we will see whether it is suitable.

The most important part of Strichpunkt is you. Therefore, it’s not all that important to us where you are. The main thing is that you are with us. Remote working is part of our DNA. So wherever you want to work, we are right there with you. Of course, you are very welcome in our offices at any time. We like to gather there in order to make our team spirit come alive, hold workshops and just work together.

Mental health is very important to us, because we know that work and life will only make you happy if you are in good health. To that end, we have brought nilo.health on board. This is a fantastic platform with training courses, regular meditations and group sessions. In addition, you will receive six sessions with psychologists if there is a topic you wish to discuss individually.

Would you like a bit more? In addition to our salary, each one of us receives a separate €500 budget each year. You can spend it on further training, on local public transport, on your children’s nursery fees or as a supplement for your company pension.

Strichpunkt intentionally provides all employees with scope for development in order to enhance their professional skills and achieve personal growth. In doing so, we focus on your strengths. We share our expert knowledge internally in a wide range of formats and broaden our horizons with individually tailored further training courses. We bring newly acquired knowledge and inspiration to bear when tackling new challenges and customer projects. #SPgrow

We have already made clear that for us, ‘working remotely’ does not mean ‘working from home’. After all, who knows where your temporary home, co-working space or favourite place is? And if it is in another EU country, that is no problem either. At Strichpunkt, you can spend up to 183 days a year working from other EU member states.

At some point, you may feel it’s time for a rest – to recharge your batteries, find inspiration or bathe in the Ganges. With us, you can take time out for yourself for one to three months. Sound nice? What’s more, we will look together with you at how we can finance your sabbatical. We’ve already got three ideas lined up.

We like to celebrate (and celebrate ourselves!). If a successful pitch does not quite strike us as a cause for celebration, there are plenty of other reasons to get together: quiz nights, captains’ tests, PizzaConnection, epic Christmas and summer parties, and VR Mario Kart through the legs of the CEO, with a limoncello at the ready. Preferably all together in one place.

Equipment is empowerment. There is a very close relationship between equipment and output. That is why we place great emphasis on you being able to work effectively. Whether it’s a computer or tools, we equip you with the perfect mix of quality and cutting-edge technology.

In our heads, we are all young. But we like the thought of growing old together with you, and we contribute to your company pension as well. We regularly keep our employees informed of how much this is and how it all works.

You have Questions?

Let's see if we can help you in our FAQ section

We work independently. There are no fixed hours, but your agreed working time model acts as the basis (full time is 40 hours at our company). You are free to determine when and where you work. Our agency hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and most appointments take place during this time.

Yes, we have a working hours concept for this, which we explain in more detail HERE.

You frequently hear about working from home and even if we at SP adopt a ‘mobile first’ stance and work from home a lot, we offer more options than only 100% working from home. That means we give all employees the flexibility to decide for themselves which location allows them to be most productive in their work and where they would like to work from. You can opt for co-working spaces, your home or other locations as your place of work. For us at Strichpunkt, that also includes other EU countries (as long as your stay there does not exceed 183 days per year).

At Strichpunkt, you are entitled to 30 days of paid holiday if you work five days a week.

Yes, that’s not a problem. We are also happy to receive speculative applications, especially if you have an idea of how you would like to make use of your skills at Strichpunkt.

We have a cooperation with the DBHW Ravensburg and offer a study for the directions media design and business administration/communication management. The application process starts with the announcement in November of the previous year (study start is in October). From January/February we start with the screening and interviews. Your application should consist of a cover letter, resume, and portfolio, activities, etc. if applicable.

Our initial meeting always takes place virtually. In most cases, second meetings, where we want to get to know one another better, are also held virtually unless it transpires that all those involved would prefer to meet at one of our offices. Feel free to let us know what you prefer!

That is a great question! We believe it can only be answered on an individual basis – but we are sure that if you participate actively in projects, contribute to the team, accept responsibility and are passionate about what you do, you will enjoy working with us whilst being successful.

We are always happy to hear from people who show initiative! If we do not have any job vacancies at the moment, it might take us a little longer to respond in some cases – we are taking the time to examine your documents thoroughly. If your profile is a good fit for us in principle, but we do not have any vacancies at the time, we will be happy to add you to our talent pool and contact you if the situation changes.

Onboarding takes place remotely for the most part. This is to make the process easier for everybody, especially for part-time employees and new colleagues who do not live close to one of our agency offices. We are also happy for you to start on site – the choice is up to you.

We will send you the hardware you need, your login details and a welcome box prior to your start date. Not only that, but we will send you all the information you need, including your initial appointments as well as your contact person within the team, in advance by e-mail. That way, you will be ideally prepared for your first day on every level. And then you can get started. At this point, we will be delighted that you are officially part of SP. In your first two weeks, onboarding sessions will take place, interspersed with time for settling in.

In principle, that is no problem at all – we are a dog-friendly company. At the Berlin office, for example, there are several employees who bring their dog with them from time to time. It is best to just clear it with office management in advance.
