In a rapidly growing market, Telefónica has transformed itself in Germany from a traditional mobile phone company into a multimedia telecommunications service provider. The focus of the company’s strategy is to support its customers in the development of new digital communication channels.

This premise was also the starting point of Strichpunkt’s design strategy in creating the 2013 annual report. Based on the main idea of “be more,” a clear, approachable imagery that is self-contained and far removed from telecommunication clichés was developed, with a focus on the increase in networking of communications media.

The online report translates this aesthetic into a user-friendly, responsive design and provides in-depth information about the company’s philosophy and performance.
